Healthy Mind – Mind, Thy Help – Meditation, Intuition

Mind

Mind, its where it all begins; as well as big in.

Need

When we need our mind, it is there. When our mind needs us, we should be there for it as well as care for it truly please.

Happen

A lot of things happen within our minds and a lot of minding happens within our thinks.

Aware

We must engage and participate in the process by being consciously aware of what is actually going on while ensuring that we live a purposeful life with due diligence, prudence, responsibility and wisdom. (Disclaimer – Logically speaking, this is not about vociferously monitoring and analyzing – scrutinizing each and every thought literally, it is about actually being more aware rather than being ignorant or negligent please)

Meditate

We must regularly schedule a certain time every day early in the morning for our meditation practice where we seek to better understand and develop our intuition, God Bless.

Intuition

Let us seek to awaken our inner wisdom. Intuition is our inner guidance and compass of life as well as the wisdom of our soul amazingly, God Bless.
