Worried

Sometimes, we may face situations which are extremely challenging and remain intensely worried.

Wore iT

We may have noticed peculiarly that being in the midst of our worries, the solution seem to be almost bleak, a state of helplessness?

Process

Now, this does not mean that only staying in the worried state by itself or recognizing that as a comfort zone will help bring forth relief or resolutions please.

Habitual

Some people worry instinctively to the extent that worrying becomes an steadfast habit – their auto reflex response to almost everything in their and others lives.

Anxious

Not being worried and then suddenly realizing that they are not being worried makes them almost jump back to the state of anxiety – of intensifying their worrying process where they exhaust lots of precious energy reflecting constantly upon several imaginary and inconceivable issues and problems.

Manifest

Now, whether their attitude, their behaviors, their fervent relationship with worrying becomes almost a second layer of everythink and everything – may possibly gravitate a world of eventualities that may never have actually existed in the very fist place.

This is where the captioned title seeks to focus upon – the seed – wore it, what does this mean, one’s consent, one’s choice and one’s preference apparently – now when a person may particularly regard worrying as an priority, they may tend to engage with this almost in every situation without actually understanding what they are doing? or that they ignorantly ventured into yet another realm of addition and subtraction – another process of reflecting constantly upon each aspect contradictorily – contradictorily since there may never have been anthing at al and one may have just assumed and then started creating and fabricating – recreating far much more than could ever evolve or manifest?

Solutions

If someone may say, let us seek solutions while another individual may say, let us seek resolutions and then there might yet be others who may state let us first of all understand what the matter is carefully and properly, then we shall seek to handle it calmly and peacefully. Where urgency maybe concerned, they may tend to say, let us focus completely with utmost priority, importance, urgency and diligence of the needful initiatives with a sense of alertness, awareness, due diligence, prudence, responsibility, sincerity and wisdom.

Meditate

It is believed that practicing meditation may be able to help ease one’s anxieties and worries to a considerable extent (while of course ensuring to attend to one’s agendas, assignments, duties, obligations, responsibilities and tasks with due diligence, prudence, sincerity and responsibility). Now how the results are going to be may depend upon the true devotion and faith they have in their trueselves, their divine essence which is always within their higher self – their true nature.

Results

But a note of precaution and disclaimer here please – that if meditating solely for the process of absolving one’s anxieties and worries and then after that intensifying on the other hand a constant barrage of intruding worries and engaging – collaborating with more and more of solitude and contemplation on the habitual tendency of carrying more and more worries? What does that reflect please? It is as if one is practicing for a championship of worrying? (no jokes or fun intended please – this is quite serious) Somethings happen all of a sudden where all of us a caught completely unaware but how we respond to what happens to us determines how we maybe able to better manage further ahead please.

Concerns

Being concerned is one aspect but being constantly worried maybe taking away somethings from us such as the perceptibility – the visualization factor of being able to wisely reflect upon so many aspects actually as they may deem for us to handle and manage them – but then if we add to the process by just reprimanding, scolding, harshly berating and fighting as well as abusing and hurting our own selves and others just because of our worries, what could this imply please? It may constitute that one is having some serious personal issues more with themselves than with anyone else?

Worrying

Amongst the virtues that we have been born + endowed with, worry is not one of the salient of virtues at all – in fact, it has been acquired by our own selves as a habit which little by little may have grown in the background – the realm of our minds and then crept and kept augmenting? If we cannot stop worrying and cannot worry stopping the brooding, the intensive process of hopelessly and helplessly looking at almost each and ever situation, then we may perhaps be divesting away the actual energy that we may otherwise have resourcefully utilized to pro actively – to methodically – to caringly – to compassionately and responsibly – diligently reflect upon the very same aspects as reasonably as possible please.The choice is ours, start daily with practicing meditation and call upon our divine essence to grant and provide us the peace, serenity and wisdom to help ourselves and others brilliantly, responsibly and remarkably, God Bless.

Point

The main point is indiscriminate smoking of cigarettes and consumption of alcohol could tend to represent the greatest and gravest of challenges in one another’s lives.

Cinder

Cinder as we are aware refers to partially burned charcoal.

Chemicals

It is understood there are well over 4000 chemicals? in tobacco-cigarettes and amongst these are some of the most lethal ingredients known to possibly cause cancer. Indiscriminate smoking could seriously affect one’s lungs irreversibly.

Harmfulness

An intoxicated person, having consumed excessive alcohol could tend to harm themselves and others fatally. Indiscriminate consumption of alcohol could seriously affect one’s brain, kidneys and livers considerably.

Realization

Despite knowing the facts, many people have become unknowingly addicted and maybe truly keen on giving upon the indiscriminate indulgence but it is principally they themselves who need to take the responsible initiatives since life is far more precious in its relationships that we share with one another as well as consciously with our realizationship of our true nature, our true self and our divine essence which always cares for and wishes one another goodness, happiness, joyfulness and wellness infinitely, God Bless.
