Stressed? Breathe like a Baby
People when hyper tense, overstressed or overwhelmed with certain situations tend to experience different things and thinks all coming together at once and impacting their abilities tremendously.
Well while it may be easy to reflect upon and quite converse to actually experience, one of the incredible facts is that in those stages we need to practice calmness as much as possible and ensure that we are breathing properly.
Kindly do not let the circumstances overtake or control you so much so that you are gasping for breath or experiencing any panic attacks please. It is all manageable when you firstly take care since by your shallow breathing, it is precipitating the anxiety furthermore.
Carefully remember also that without realizing when we keep putting our intense attention on what we are gripped with, then that field of occurrence expands its dominance over our thoughts, feelings, emotions and reasoning powers. Please be courageous, have faith and trust that your divine essence, your true nature and your true self along with nature, the world, the universe and God all wish you well when wellness is your wish for one and all in all that you think, do and express consistently.
That is why, whenever, whatever, however realize and be consciously aware of what you are doing and being diligent and responsible rather than saying, who cares? or oh we will see later? Life does no operate or function on those parameters for a time will come when you will keep pleading to see who is caring and reaching across frantically to everyone to help but remember you were the one who shrugged away the important reminders and alerts, the precautionary alarms and recklessly ventured ahead? Please do not do that for a time will come when everyone has to pay for their deeds whether they may be on the thought level, action level or even at the expression level.
As a baby, how we breathe is truly amazing, it is calm, relaxed and joyful, without let or hindrance, without obstructions or any negative tendencies interfering, without any bias or prejudice, without any hatred or any suppressed emotions, without any anger, rage, outrage or jealousy-envy, without any complexities, without any conditionality, without any complaints, without any dissatisfaction, without any harmfulness in anything as well as any anythink whatsoever, all that is there is pure, pure and the purest, breathing each breath appreciatively like the joy of breathing, God Bless.
Its not about learning how to breathe but about learning how not to breathe since what many people are doing is actually depleting their breath with enormous loads of anxiety and various negative tendencies and an unhealthy lifestyle where they are ignorantly seeking more and more and more and more……? Everything needs to be balanced but the breath needs its liberation, you can joyfully breathe, enjoy each and every breath, you truly deserve it, seek to meditate and experience your true nature and transform your life to be more peaceful, joyful and harmonious for we are all children of God and breathing like a baby is a gifted privilege that we have already got, its a matter of realization and not a matter of learning, its a matter of letting go, releasing the negative tendencies and bad habits and over indulgence that may not be serving us well anymore and acquiring all that is good in thought and deed earnestly, faithfully, truthfully and consciously, God Bless.
