Rushing Through?

stephen-r-covey-quote-seek-first-to-understand-then-to-be-understoodDon’t rush to anxiety, don’t rush to the meaning, don’t rush to the concerns, don’t rush to the worries, don’t rush to the perpetuation, don’t rush to the stress, don’t rush to react, retaliate or respond without being completely well informed of the facts (and particularly for retaliation, never engage in any of this since it hurts everyone including you for when hurting someone else, a part of ourselves also gets hurt please)  don’t rush to the anger or hatred, don’t rush to negative tendencies, don’s just rush to the meaning and so much more of what’s not proper or right, do not just keep rushing through.

Slow down, pause, carefully reflect, introspectively asses and rationalize, see to realize and then reach upon your decisions after due diligent verification has been strictly implemented for from conscious realization springs forth a greater level of intellectual understanding and visualization as well as interpretation respectively, God bless.

Speaking of Others? Knowing Ourself Matters

john-g-agno-quote-leadership-is-an-interactive-conversation-thatWhen we speak of someone else, we think we know too well?

When we speak of ourselves, how well do we know? Knowing ourselves truly well is what strengthens the landscapes of our lives, resourcefully utilize each and every minute of this precious life responsibly and wisely.

Its important to avoid engagement in gossip or judging people and rather constructively engaging in self introspection for ultimately we are answerable for our thoughts, actions and deeds consistently, God bless.

Suppressed Emotions?

caio-lemos-quote-conscience-is-the-purest-substract-of-reasoningThe more we suppress, the more we are so+sore pressed; as well as surprised beyond belief for we might be ignorantly harboring certain negative tendencies; such as angry, bitterness, hatred, envy, jealousy, resentment and a host of all sorts and types of unimaginable thoughts of challenging outcomes?

Everything remains a question mark all along life, whether its a disease, health ailments, certain deficiencies or disorders experienced in one’s body and mind system? Yet again a question mark since the more intense the prolongation of the suppressed emotions, the more intricate the identification and healing of the root causes.

Let go, forgive and forget; do not hold onto animosity, enmity, grudges, revenge or other fabrications of self delusion or lack of self esteem. Nothing of all of this or any such associated engagements or practices will ever truly serve you well in any way for what you feel is what affects you the most than anyone else at all.

Everyone is earnestly living their lives, practicing righteousness in all that they think, do and express sacredly. Seek to emulate their sanctity by likewise doing what’s true and releasing and letting go of the suppressed emotions; liberate yourself from the bondage of the suppressed emotions carefully and gradually, do not take any risks or suddenly jeopardize or blindly do anything and anywhere at all.

Be consciously aware, practice due diligence, prudence, alertness and vigilance, responsibility, sincerity and wisdom in doing what’s truly safe, what’s truly right and what’s truly fair and just(just as in justice), but do remember just as in justice that is complying with local, national, international as well as the laws, rules, covenants and regulations governing nature, the world and the universe consistently with meaningful and responsible consistency; there is no compromise or adjustments or substitutions when it relates to law and justice for the respective law enforcement agencies and departments seek practice of righteousness and we need to honestly and faithfully abide by this earnestly.

By the time we realize what we have been suppressing at times, we would be overwhelmed to note that we kept moving from one suppressed emotion to another thinking it to be comfortable? Indulging in self pity? Of what use and purpose? Its all aimless and only harming one’s own thoughts, well being as well as possibly affecting one’s health and wellness considerably and once the wrong steps are taken, once the wrongness has been committed+done, there is a price to pay, there are consequences and liabilities that ensue for everything has a reason but then everything has its attribution as well that demands absolute accountability, so please do+true take care and realize as well as release the suppressed emotions gradually, responsibly, safely and wisely, take care and all the best, God bless.
