The captioned title needs to be carefully understood since it relates to release and realization.
We release certain energies, we realize certain experiences.
Seek to ensure that each element of energy that is released and realized is/are the expression and experience of your shudd bhav which when translated refers to pure intent.
Most of all pay very careful attention particularly toward the energies that emanates from your eyes for as we all know that with our eyes being the window of our soul, what we observe will provide us a more profound glimpse and understanding rather than just a casual glance or recreational witnessing. Here the pure intent is to amplify what we perceive since though observation we realize and understand more better and more maturely, so that when we perceive, in certain situations instead of reacting or responding contradictorily, we need to exercise restraint and due diligence, knowing that what is being professed is but a lure, a disguise or a bait or provocation to get enticed and do exactly as someone else wants us to do. During meditation, as we practice this daily, when we expand and raise our consciousness to the level of the divine light, we will be amazed to note that we are endowed with astounding phenomenal set of powers that are related to our shudd bhav – pure intent consistently; that is why, when our intentions are pure and our aspirations manifest, we are overjoyed and further intensify the reservoir or the goodness of the energies that particularly flow unabatedly and then we are adopting a disciplined set of rules when this even relates to our thought processes, our expression processes as well as our implementations processes and procedures respectively. Remember the fabled adage, you are the creator of your own destiny and that is a matter of courage, commitment, tenacious resolve, due diligence, prudence, responsibility, sincerity, truthfulness, your brilliant creative innate wisdom and most importantly, your shudd bhav which refers to your pure intent, God bless.
Certain people who tend to provoke us to get emotionally affected in ways that are deterring to our well being should be interacted with on the basis of utmost alertness, care, diligence, prudence, responsibility, vigilance and wisdom.
This note of heightened alertness is being resonated precautionarily since they may either deliberately or ignorantly radiate certain energies that make us feel exhausted and get engaged in negative conversations, gossips or engagements which are not at all constructive, fair or ethical.
Remember also that as energy flows where attentions goes, where the attentive focus is directed, we should be consciously aware of what we are thinking, of what we are intending, of what we are imagining, of what we are visualizing and yes of what we are focusing since the power of focus time and again either attracts or distracts; depending on what we are getting fascinated and absorbed with;l so instead of absorption and feeling drained, why not safeguard by making observance the thumb rule and the reflex action whereby by being observant, it would be like an inspector; this means, we ourselves being conscientious and diligently aware of what we are engaging and interacting with, even if this might relate to the landscape of our thoughts or even if no one is watching us at all, for there is one observation that is constantly prevalent, which is the dharma (duties) and karma (deeds) with its/their respective covenants, laws, regulations, rules, processes and procedures that are based on noble as well as divine values and principles that are constantly and consistently governed and remarkably sustained by the divine vision and divine wisdom that amazingly supports and earnestly contributes to the goodwill, harmony and welfare of the universe, through us, true us, to thus, God bless.
There is also another aspect that relates to accumulating, remember it is accumulation and not acquiring or acquisition since energy flows and when some of us may tend to cling onto, hold onto, latch onto fervently any negative set of behavior, habits and practices such as promoting anger, bitterness, envy, evil, hatred, jealousy, resentment, rage and viciousness or wickedness towards ourselves and others, we tend to affect and effect, call forth for more and more of the same, for good begets good and bad begets bad, the karmic law of cause and effect, the sacred law of sow and reap, as we sow, so shall we reap; the law of consequentiality and whatever definition one may call it, this becomes a reservoir of suppressed energies and emotions which keep intensifying and then the concerned individual is/are wondering, why they are caught with the dissipation and exuding of strange sets of energies and negative patterns; they need to carefully realize, they are attracting or distracting themselves and/or others with a continual lack of self esteem and belief in their true nature, but once they truly believe and realize and adopt healthy practices in their thoughts, deeds and actions, they would gradually start experiencing a perceptible difference and even enjoy being better by ensuring the true practice of shudd bhav/pure intent in all that they think do and express as well as implement consciously, diligently, prudently, responsibly, sincerely, truly and wisely, God bless.
