The translational definitions of ang refers to organs and karvat to turn while sangh in these contexts to the immaculate coherence that emanates from our true nature’s oneness of being/evolving and karmat to miracles.

Gut it right as well as got it light is more essentially about clarifying our perception rather than getting muddled up and all the more confused and over stressed/overwhelmed; since many a time, when the root/seed element/tattva is not appropriately c’om’prehended well enough, instead of raising our awareness; we mgiht be racing our w’here’ness altogeher?

We cannot be consistently bifurcating and over splitting? our essential nature’s envisioning potentialities in  divergent directions or constituents that are aimlessly drifting/wandering with illusive notions.

Regardless of whatever might have been; its the worth of worthiness that we’re being light now/right now; yet again the light about pure awareness’s ever greater expanding degrees of informative orientatedness’s observant regimen and the right being integrally about the virtue of our good willed pure authentic/genuine intentionalities and likewise characteristics/disciplines observances respectively.

The purpose of writing these few words is seeking to evoke our conscientious awareness to better treat ourselves right from our core values conduct orientated perspective in order to thereby be better entreated likewise.

Its all starting and growing with the way-weigh we are managing our thoughts and feelings paradigms- due to our emotional states of being, at times we might tend to eat as well as heat up ourselves from within due to over anxiety? extreme stress? being excessively hyper tense and other such  perplexed states of being that are not at all conducive to our long term good health and well being.

Let alone during eating-through/ought the entire day, some of us spend most of our time only in focusing on what’s going to happen next? Its almost like being on an infinite roller coaster ride that at the end of each day is far too over bearing for we might not be able to notice what’s going/growing on inside our body/with our organs; that due to our lack of awareness, we might actually be affecting our very own good health and wellness far much more than we could ever have.

Oh ya, tell me something new and blah blah blah is what some might exclaim; well when something happens,then we realize that its not so funny at all; for then we are running helter skelter and frantically seeking the greatest possible professionally qualified medical care/advice and so very much needed essential help as well as then yet again on another embarkation which is to help resolve and dissolve all-no not all – but some of what we might have unknowingly integrated within our very state of being?

Why only attributing some is because its sometimes external factors that are generally contributing towards our internal effects; meaning our attitude in how we are dealing with and managing those external factors; so the rest is/might be far much due to our internalization of mysterious suppression of our emotional tendencies or other ill informed notions that  we might be empowering and most of us know where it leads to is a boomerang effect, that it keeps criss crossing across numerous paradigms with each seeking and appealing for us to re instill a more greater sense/essence of orderliness in true our way of being life insight as well as outside.

Those external factors tend to at the first point of contact affect us to the very most integral degrees/decrees as/has how we perceive and thereby define; the reference to decree here is earnestly about our true nature’s oneness of being/evolving; meaning that the more we are with ourselves in principle, in values, in virtues, in vision, in envisioning, in consonantly aligning with ever greater keener interest; then all that much more we tend to experience an unique sense of joyfulness-that’s because we’re being in charge instead of just charging and re charging our being.

Since we might be able to multi task and adeptly race one another, but since our sacred lives are the consortium/symposium of some of the most virtuous divine elements/tattvas configuration; until or unless we essentially devote a few m’om’ents everyday towards/true worth’s better knowing ourselves as life does/thus; we will keep distancing us from our very ownselves which is neither conducive nor sensible at all,for the more disconnected we become from our very ownselves, then all else whether within or outside will tend to appear far much more ought of proportionality; whereas its not, its rather the knot of our elusiveness that we have entwined ourselves with.

Sow the point also is essentially observing our daily morning pure mindfulness meditation practice everyday accompanied with basic breathing exercises as well as the daily early morning and prior to going to sleep a night of the esteemed observance of our pure divine self acceptance respectfully; Durge Devi NamoStute, Shiva Shakti bhava, Hari Om Tat Sat, God bless.
