One of the baby calves is missing and is possibly facing the immediate danger of being slaughtered

It appears the lady is aware of who has absconded with the baby calf and the impending peril of the calves life being at perilous stake
Anxiety
Unfortunately, since she is all alone and has not been able to face and overcome the challenge of retrieving the baby calf until now, she is fraught with tremendous anxiety incessantly

This is very most deplorable since the gentle and kind lady is pioneering a noble task and is being made to face this shameful and agonizing plight

It is agonizing since the lady relates the expression of the cow Mother which she is helplessly able to interpret but is not able to resolve this gigantic challenge as yet
