Not sure how the following could actually affect or result? but when a person gets extremely angry, they tend to hurt themselves far much more internally as well due to the intensity of the rage and furiousness – they may tend to feel+experience a certain degree of unusual heat as well? but then being so very angry, they may not realize what they are actually saying or doing at all?

If one were able to exercise restraint and practice gentleness and calmness – by pacifying themselves reasonably and performing actions responsibly, it could in some ways, act as a healing factor since the other action of getting enraged and retaliating would not really help anyone truly at all please.
